Refund Policy

Refund Policy

If goods purchased prove unsuitable they may be returned for refund, credit or exchange provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns are subject to the following conditions:-

  • Items must be returned to us, unused with their entire original packaging and so in a resalable condition.
  • Items are returned to base within the 14 days from receipt period.
  • All returned items are to be accompanied by the sender’s name, address, order reference number (which can be found on accompanying invoice) and reason for return. Please print a copy of returns from link below.

Exclusions

We are unable to refund any used items. So we suggest to make sure product is to your complete satisfaction before using item on your bike.

Any special orders cannot be refunded. If there is any reason to return a special order item then please contact us via email.

Helmets cannot be accepted as return items. This is for safety reasons.

Please advise us of any shortages or problems or carrier damage within 5 days. Unfortunately any time beyond this will make it extremely difficult to process your claim.

Any items being returned are under the responsibility of the customer to return back to base safely with ALL original packaging. Any damages, lack of original packaging or loss of item will be charged accordingly.

 

Your Right to Cancel

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order for products. The item must not have been assembled or used and must be returned to us as new and complete with the invoice/receipt. A refund minus any postage costs or an exchange will be offered.

 

Warranties

All products have a manufacturing warranty. Duration of warranty is dependent on length offered by manufacturer. Minimum length is one year.

If any product is delivered and is found to be faulty then please contact us within 5 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In this case any postage costs incurred by customer in returning item back to us will be reimbursed.

Procedure for items under warranty

  • Item must be returned to us carriage paid accompanied with a completed warranties form (link below)
  • Upon receiving we will assess if item can be repaired in house or if item needs to go back to manufacturer under warranty.
  • It is then the decision of manufacturer if it is more cost effective for them to repair or replace item
  • We will then send repaired or replaced item back to customer at our own expense
